Ancient Tree White Tea

The quiet one. Barely processed — only withered and dried — so what reaches the cup is soft, pale, and naturally sweet, with honey, dried apricot, and warm hay. Gentle to brew, hard to oversteep. Buds still downy, the way the tree gave them.
