Bright and alive. Raw pu-erh keeps everything the leaf gives — a clean, floral bitterness that turns, almost surprisingly, into a lingering sweetness at the back of the throat. Pale gold in the cup, brisk and layered, with stone fruit, honey, and wild mountain flowers. It only deepens with age.
Single-origin, from wild and semi-wild trees above 1,600 meters.
